Document expiry alerts

Never miss a
renewal again.

Your passport, CR, insurance and licence all expire — and the fine for forgetting is always bigger than the effort of remembering. Upload a document, COCO reads the expiry date, and you're reminded one month, one week and three days before.

How it works

Three steps from clutter to calm.

No spreadsheets, no sticky notes, no diary reminders. COCO does the reading and the remembering.

1

Upload it

Snap a photo, pick from your gallery, or add a PDF. JPG, PNG, HEIC and PDF — front and back of a card both welcome.

COCO reads it

The AI detects the expiry date, number and issuer — in English or Arabic. You review and confirm; nothing is saved until you do.

Private by design

Your documents stay yours.

COCO was built the careful way. Files sit in private, encrypted storage and are only ever served to you through short-lived, signed links. We never make your documents public, never sell your data, and never train AI models on your files.

  • Encrypted storage, per-user access only — no public links
  • Email-verified accounts before anything is uploaded
  • Delete a document, or your whole account, anytime — files, dates and reminders wiped
FAQ

Good to know.

How does the AI work?

When you upload a document, it's sent securely from our servers to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) purely to detect the fields — document type, number, issue and expiry dates, and issuer. The AI only reads; it never decides what to save. Every extracted detail is shown to you on a confirmation screen, and all the reminder maths is done afterwards by exact code, not by the AI.

Is my data private?

Yes. Documents are stored in private, encrypted cloud storage and are only ever retrieved through short-lived signed links — never public URLs. Only your authenticated account can access your files. We don't sell your data, don't show ads, and the AI provider doesn't train on your documents under our agreement. You can delete anything, or your whole account, at any time.

What can I track?

Anything with an expiry date: passports, ID cards, driving licences, commercial registrations, insurance policies, contracts, permits, certificates, subscriptions and warranties. COCO even knows a CR's "Due Date / تاريخ الاستحقاق" is its expiry.

Does it read Arabic documents?

Yes. COCO reads both Arabic and English, understands the DD/MM/YYYY format and Arabic-Indic numerals, and handles local document quirks across Bahrain and the GCC.

How much does COCO cost?

Your first 10 documents are free. Larger plans may be introduced later, with notice.

What file types can I upload?

JPG, PNG, HEIC (straight from an iPhone) and PDF, up to 10 MB each. You can add multiple pages — like the back of a card.
