Terms of Service

Effective date: [LAUNCH DATE] · Version 1.0

These terms are an agreement between you and UXUI W.L.L. (CR 124544-2, Kingdom of Bahrain) governing your use of the COCO application.

1. The service

COCO stores documents you upload, detects expiry dates using AI, and sends reminders. You need an account with a verified email or Google sign-in.

2. AI accuracy — important

Expiry dates are detected by AI and always shown to you for confirmation before saving. You are responsible for verifying that confirmed dates are correct. COCO is a convenience tool: reminders may fail to deliver due to device settings, connectivity, or other factors outside our control.

You remain solely responsible for renewing your documents on time. To the maximum extent permitted by Bahraini law, UXUI W.L.L. is not liable for losses arising from missed, late, or incorrect reminders or extractions.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process them solely to operate the service, including AI extraction as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload documents you are entitled to hold.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to access others' data, no reverse engineering, no abuse of the AI analysis endpoints.

5. Free tier

The free plan includes up to 10 documents. Limits may change with notice; paid plans may be introduced.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections 2, 7 and 8 survive.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero on the free plan, to the extent permitted by law). Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Bahraini law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain; the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction.
